Cache

Cache is a concept for a platform that allows users to share the objects that matter to them and the stories they tell. Objects can be uploaded as three-dimensional scans to private or public collections. It takes an experimental, practice-led approach to archival research and explores the connections between digital and material culture.

The featured public collection Objects of Pride invites contributions from LGBTQIA+ users to archive and preserve the material expressions of Pride Month.

Forget

An original typeface designed for filet crochet. Filet crochet is a technique that uses a grid of open and closed squares to form a pattern. It was popularised in the mid-nineteenth century, and intended to immitate filet lace.

My forget pattern took approximately twenty five hours to complete. I used size 30 cotton thread and a 1.0mm hook.

Public Library (WIP)

Work in progress!

Public finds free access to the books you want to read. It connects you with the libraries and reading communities–clubs, events, and people–near you, as well as across the internet. It supports these spaces through the equitable distribution of all donations and profits.

Public uses the dewey decimal system so that you can browse books online the offline way.
